Trading Terms & Conditions
1. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the invoice price must be paid to secure a booking date and in order for materials to be ordered on any project.
2. Payment of the 50% non refundable deposit is your agreement to our trading terms and conditions.
3. All accounts are to be paid in full on completion of work or in accordance with the supplied invoice.
4. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 5% p.a calculated from the period the account is due until the date it is paid.
5. In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm you will be liable for all costs incurred from this process including any and all legal demand costs relating to this.
